A Better Pet Terms & Conditions

THIS IS A CONTRACT BETWEEN A BETTER PET COMPANY AND THE PET OWNER WHO AGREES TO BOARD THEIR PET(S) AT A BETTER PET.

The owner agrees to pay the boarding fees according to the posted rates.

The owner further agrees to pay any and all costs incured by A Better Pet including, but not limited to, boarding and grooming services, pick-up and delivery services, veterinarian care, walk and playtime services, and any other special services requested.

The owner authorizes A Better Pet to seek whatever emergency medical care may be necessary while we care for their pet(s).  The owner's veterinarian will be selected when possible to provide care unless it is an emergency situation or after hours care is necessary.  The owner will be responsible for reimbursement to A Better Pet for all medical costs.

A Better Pet will not provide boarding services unless the owner makes available current vaccination documentation for our records.*  By agreeing to these terms and conditions the owner certifies that all information provided to us about their pet(s) is accurate and true  to the best of their knowledge.

* Required immunizations for dogs are parvo, leptospirosis, kennel cough (bordatella) and rabies.
